Ashley Elizabeth Czaplicki

aka: A. C. E.

Hello and welcome! I’m Ashley— the #girlboss behind Aced Events. Originally from Pittsburgh, my career in events started long before I even knew it had. Throughout my life, I was always helping coordinate all kinds of special occasions & events for friends and family. Weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, theme parties, bachelorette parties, bridal showers, picnics, you name it! It finally hit me that I should turn my love and passion for events into a full-time career.

I decided the best place to start my adventure would be New York City!  (Why, of course!) I worked hard and was fortunate enough to have some incredible experiences like working on Wall Street doing corporate events. I also planned social events at Jackie Kennedy’s former parish ballroom in The Historic Upper East Side church Saint Ignatius Loyola. (Jackie Kennedy Onasis is one of my biggest idols, so that was a dream!) My biggest adventure though, was becoming the Events Manager with Metropolitan Hospitality at Citi Field, home to The New York Mets. #LGM!

I had the amazing opportunity at Citi Field to work with an incredible team and plan every event imaginable.  I planned concerts, trade shows, bar/bat Mitzvahs, anniversary parties, weddings, corporate parties, you name it—I’ve done it.  I even got to put on events with sponsors such as Pepsi, Delta, Wise, Verizon, and many more. (Let’s just say Mr. and Mrs. Met are my homies) Guess what I ended up exceling at and loving the most? Weddings!

Shortly after my daughter Charlotte was born, Aced Events came to life, turning the page into my next chapter in life. I’m eagerly looking forward to turning your magical day into a reality and feel confident that your wedding will be in my very capable hands.

As past clients of mine will attest, I will eat, sleep, and breathe your wedding, as if it were my own. With Aced Events, you won’t be worrying about anything but each other throughout the entire process. I am organized, assertive, confident, and always working on your time and budget! I am SO excited to hear from you. Oh and one last thing… Congratulations!
